YourCoffee provides three coffee production services: Contract Roasting, Private Label, and White Bag.
Each is structured around a different level of client involvement in sourcing, blending, and packaging.
White Bag
Minimum: 100kg/order
White Bag consists of pre-developed house blends, roasted to a consistent standard and supplied without private branding. Coffee is delivered in blank or bulk bags for the client to label and sell. This service carries no development lead time and lower blend minimums, providing immediate access to finished product.
Private Label
Minimum: 200kg/week
Private Label covers the full production process: green coffee sourcing and selection, blend development and cupping, and management of roasting, packing, and production at the required volume. This service is designed for brands without an existing coffee product, or without the internal sourcing, roasting, or quality control capability to develop one independently.
Development is carried out to the client's brief and confirmed through cupping before production begins.
Contract Roasting
Minimum: 300kg/order
Clients supply their own green coffee together with a target roast profile. YourCoffee roasts and packs the coffee to that specification, maintaining consistency across batches and production runs. This service is suited to roasters, cafés, and brands that have completed their own sourcing or blend development and require production capacity without operating a roastery.
Sourcing and blend composition remain under client control. YourCoffee is responsible for roast execution, batch consistency, and pack-out to the client's packaging requirements and delivery schedule.
